We are a mother and daughter duo! Our intention in opening the Harmonic Egg Ottawa is to share all the tools and knowledge we have accumulated throughout our life experience to help others live their best lives and fulfill their purpose here on earth. Most importantly, we want to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to release what is no longer serving you, and support you through your healing journey.
Carrie Gray

Osteopath, Singer
Carrie Gray DOMP started her career in the health field 30 years ago when she graduated from CCMH in Sutton Ontario, and became a registered massage therapist . She continued her education by becoming a Reiki Master, Biodynamic Craniosacral practitioner, and then in 2004 she became a Manual Osteopath. Recently she has been working towards Matrix Repatterning Practitioner, and is also advancing her osteopathic skills by taking courses from the Barral Institute, taking Visceral, Cranial and Neuromuscular courses
She has had a keen interest in singing and as a hobby she pursued voice lessons and starred in several operas in her early 40's.
Rachael Jewell

Singer/Songwriter, Voice Teacher, Sound Healer
Rachael is a singer/songwriter, voice teacher, sound healer with a Master's Degree in Opera/Vocal Performance from The University of Ottawa. Music and performing has been her passion from an early age, as a multi-genre singer including opera, musical theatre, jazz and pop.
After years of anxiety/depression and a desire to change the outer circumstances of her life, Rachael's healing journey awakened a deep desire to understand the energetic functions of the body and how to change our reality by changing our vibrational state of being. She pursued her education in sound healing and its healing benefits here in Ottawa with Rebecca White Raven and offers personal sound healing sessions. Rachael is passionate about finding the root cause of any physical, mental and emotional ailment and empowering others to discover their potential and innate ability to heal themselves.
